Refund Policy

WatCoreLite includes a full 15-day free trial before any payment is required, so you can evaluate it with your own business data before subscribing. Because of that, we keep our refund policy simple.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing — your license stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then isn't renewed. We don't provide partial refunds for time already used in a billing period.
Refund requests
If you were charged in error, or you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at info@webapptechie.com and we'll issue a full refund. Beyond that window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How refunds are processed
Payments for WatCoreLite are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within a few business days.
