These terms govern your use of WatCoreLite, provided by Web App Techie ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or activating WatCoreLite, you agree to them.
1. Free trial
WatCoreLite includes a 15-day free trial, no card required. The trial starts the first time you launch the app and runs fully offline. When it ends, the app requires an active license to continue working.
2. License
A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run WatCoreLite on the number of devices your plan permits. Each license key is tied to your account and to the specific device(s) it's activated on. You may not share, resell, or redistribute license keys, or attempt to circumvent activation or device limits.
3. Subscription & billing
WatCoreLite is billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller — Paddle acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. Your data
WatCoreLite stores your business data (invoices, customers, stock, and so on) locally on your own device. We don't have access to it, and it's your responsibility to back it up using the app's Export feature. See our Privacy Policy for what account-level information we do hold.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with WatCoreLite's licensing or activation mechanisms, or use the software for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer & liability
WatCoreLite is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web App Techie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license if these terms are breached, including fraud, payment reversal, or license-key sharing. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WatCoreLite after a change means you accept the updated terms.
