Install & setup guide

From download to your first invoice, in about five minutes.

1. 1

   Get the installer

   On the Download page, tell us a bit about your business to unlock the installer — no card required. Then run it.

   Open WatCoreLite

   The app opens straight into a 15-day free trial — it starts automatically the first time you launch it, and works fully offline from that point on.

3. 3

   Set up your business

   Go to Settings and enter your business name, currency, and date format. Then turn on the modules you actually use — Quotations, Products & Services, Stock, Cash Register, or Payment Vouchers. Everything else stays out of your way.

   Add your first customer and item

   Head to Customers to add a customer, and Products & Services (if you enabled it) to add what you sell.

5. 5

   Create your first invoice

   From Invoices, create a new invoice for that customer. Record a payment against it, and check Reports — your numbers update immediately.

6. 6

   Back up your data

   In Settings, use Export any time to save a full backup file. Import restores it or moves your data to a new machine. Nothing here depends on a cloud account.
