How to export reports to Excel or PDF
Get a real, styled spreadsheet or a print-ready PDF from any report, with the columns you choose.
Open any report and you'll find three buttons: Export Excel, Export PDF, and Print.
Export Excel
This produces a real, styled .xlsx file — bold header row, sensible column widths, and proper currency/number formatting on the actual numeric cells, not a plain CSV wearing an Excel extension. You can drop it straight into whatever your accountant already uses.
Export PDF and Print
Export PDF saves a print-ready document; Print sends the same layout straight to your printer or a PDF-printer driver, whichever your Windows setup is configured for.
Choosing columns (Customer Report)
Filtering first
Sales, Cash, Quotations, and Expenses take a date range — presets like Today, This week, This month, or a custom From/To. Customers and Stock are live snapshots instead, so there's no date range to set on those two.
