Reports

WatCoreLite reports overview

11 dedicated reports — Sales, Purchase, Customers, Stock, Cash, Bank, Quotations, Expenses, Enquiries, Recurring Billing, and Profit & Loss — and what each one shows.

The Reports page is a landing list of cards — one report per feature area, shown only for the modules you actually have turned on. Click through to the one you need rather than scrolling one long combined page.

Sales

One row per invoice in a date range: invoice count, total invoiced, collected (by payment method), and a live outstanding balance.

Purchase

The mirror of Sales, for what you buy — one row per purchase bill in a date range, filterable by status (Draft, Pending, Paid, Void), with the same total-billed and outstanding-balance tracking.

Customers

A live, all-time snapshot — customer count, total revenue, average spend — with a "columns to export" checklist so you control exactly what leaves the app.

Stock

Current stock value, low-stock and out-of-stock counts, one row per product — also a live snapshot, not tied to a date range.

Cash

Daily cash in, cash out, and net change, one row per register day, over any period.

Bank

The mirror of Cash, for one or more real bank accounts — filter by account and by category to see exactly what moved through each one, over any date range.

Quotations

Created, accepted, declined, and converted counts, plus a conversion rate — how much of what you quote actually turns into business.

Expenses

Total spent and a category breakdown from your payment vouchers.

Enquiries

A full lead funnel for any date range — how many enquiries came in, your win rate, and (with the catalog module on) which products or services people ask about most.

Recurring Billing

Not date-range based like the others — a live snapshot of who's Overdue, Due soon, or Upcoming, plus totals for each, so you always know exactly what's owed right now across every gym/mess/subscription-style plan.

Profit & Loss

A real profit and loss statement — Net Sales, Net Purchases, tax payable, and Net Profit — pulling together every sale, purchase, and manual Cash/Bank Register entry for the period, not just invoices.

Every report can export to a real, styled Excel file or a print-ready PDF, or print directly — see How to export reports to Excel or PDF.
