Printing invoices: A4 pages and 58mm/80mm receipt printers
See exactly what will print before it does, choose a full A4 page or a small counter slip, and print with one keystroke when you're in a rush.
Not every business prints the same way. An office invoicing a handful of clients a day wants a normal A4 page; a retail counter or restaurant wants a small slip out of a 58mm/80mm thermal printer, fast, between customers. WatCoreLite's Print button supports both from the same invoice or quotation, with a preview so you always see exactly what will come out before it does.
Pick a format, see it before you print
Clicking Print opens a preview with three choices:
- Full Invoice (A4) — the normal, full-page printed invoice.
- Receipt (80mm) and Receipt (58mm) — a compact layout sized to a real counter slip printer. Every line item, discount, and tax still shows — just laid out tight enough to fit the narrower paper, not stripped down to a bare summary.
WatCoreLite remembers whichever format you used last, so you're not reselecting it on every single sale.
In a rush? Skip the preview entirely
Quick print — or pressing P while viewing the invoice or quotation — prints immediately with your last-used format, no dialog in between. Paired with rapid, code-scan line entry, a walk-in customer can go from first item scanned to a printed slip in seconds, entirely without a mouse.
