Paste a customer's order or a supplier's bill into the AI you already use, and get back ready-to-review line items — matched against your real catalog, never guessed at.
Typing out every line of a big customer order or a supplier bill by hand is exactly the kind of work an AI is good at — WatCoreLite doesn't build its own AI for this, it lets you use the one you already have. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, whatever you're already paying for or already trust, does the reading; WatCoreLite does the matching and the math.
How it works
- Click ✨ AI Fill on a new invoice, quotation, or purchase bill, and copy the prompt it gives you — it already includes your current product catalog, so the AI has real items to match against.
- Paste that into your AI, along with a photo or PDF of the real order or bill — or just describe it in plain English: "2 LG 55 Inch Smart TVs at ₹42,000 each, 5% off."
- Copy the AI's reply and paste it back into WatCoreLite to review.
Matched against your real catalog, never guessed at
Every line is checked against your catalog by the product's actual ID — so this works even for a catalog with no product codes set at all. Three outcomes, each handled differently:
- A confident match — filled in automatically, ready to use.
- A brand-new item — create it into your catalog right from that same screen. It's not just used on this one document; it's in your catalog for next time too.
- Low-confidence, or no longer in your catalog — flagged for you to confirm or pick by hand, rather than silently guessed at.
Nothing is written into the invoice, quotation, or purchase bill until you've reviewed the whole list and clicked Fill form.
It works the other way too: updating your catalog directly
🤖 AI Import/Export on the Products & Services page uses the exact same mechanic to bulk-update prices straight from a supplier's price list, or add several new catalog items at once — no invoice or bill involved at all.
